Based in Brussels, you will work in the Corporate IT team and your main task will be to provide and guarantee internal support to all members of our team in the different countries.
You will participate as well in the evolution of the internal IT infrastructure.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Member of the Service Desk function for internal IT support
- Day to day support and maintenance of all end-user workplaces (hardware, OS and software)
- Application packaging for Windows 7 deployment, including the necessary customization, scripting and GPO management
- Internal telephony and network administration and maintenance
- Management of the mobile phone and Smartphone environment
- Access and security management; this includes badges, tokens and access rights
- Messaging and printer infrastructure installation, configuration and maintenance
- Management and follow-up of the ticketing system (incident, change and problem management)
- Create and maintain accurate system documentation
- IT and network asset management: purchase and lifecycle management
