skeeled is growing and we are looking for a new Customer Success Manager to join our team in Luxembourg.
Created and starting to be well established in Luxembourg, we have an ambitious plan to grow our business and market share over the next years in our local market but also internationally.
Luxembourg represents a key market for us and we care a lot about a personal and close approach towards our customers. Selling is one point but here at skeeled, we see ourselves more in the position of consultants that help big companies innovate, digitalise and improve their general recruitment processes with skeeled technology.
Hence why a Customer Success Manager takes a key role within our Luxembourgish team to support our current sales team bring skeeled to this interesting market and help us reach our local targets for years to come.Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Sales Teams in order to facilitate and ensure a smooth Customer on-boarding process
Have a closer contact to all our Luxembourg based customers in order to gather feedback from them about our software
Being on the field and build strong relationships to improve customer’s retention and satisfaction rates.
Provide technical support to all our Luxembourg based customers
Design and provide high-quality training programs to customers.
Help customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize our software based on their business needs.
Identify potential issues within the accounts and take timely and effective action to resolve them.
Maintain a deep understanding of the software and communicate features and functionality that will improve customer’s experience
Contribute to the development of company goals, growth and profitability targets by being an active member of the skeeled team and culture
Must have Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Linguistics/Literature or related fields
Perfect command of English and French. Written and oral communication are key for this role
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong problem resolution and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and prioritize projects.
Passionate about customer success and technology
Self-motivated and self-learner with the ability to work under minimal supervision
Nice to have Requirements:
Previous experience with customer training and implementation, preferably with a SaaS software
Fluency in Luxembourgish and/or German
