Group Desk Agent

The Group Desk Agent interacts via phone and mail with the Brussels Airlines group-customers (tour operators and direct customers who are organizing group travels) in order to handle group booking requests in an efficient way.


Handle complete group processes from price requests to booking and ticketing (when needed)
Handle Tour Operators requests from A to Z
Coordinate with other departments of the company involved in group bookings (such as pricing, etc) in order to handle group requests in the most commercial way
Pro-actively follow up on sales opportunities
Be aware of what is done by the competition and redefine the Brussels Airlines offers accordingly if needed
Actively promote and sell the additional services/products available (hotels, etc)
Be the single point of contact for your customers in order to provide them the best service


You have a bachelor in Tourism or Commercial Administration, or equal by experience
You speak fluently English, French or Dutch and German. German language is a must
You have experience in dealing with customers and being sales oriented
You have good communication skills –with your customers and your colleagues
You are able to work independently
You are able to work under pressure
You are able to multi task
You are open for innovations
You are enthusiastic and demonstrate a passion for excellence
